Tidied up the deletion of grades and the re-ordering of grades if editing a grade name.
(Deleting a grade will change any entries of that match/grade to 'ungraded'.)

Re-enabled the Finals as the ISSF and PA have rolled back to 2017 format for Finals.
Added option to add new grades to matches.
Can also change the order in which grades are printed in the results.  (Under Options, Matches, (edit the match), Grades tab.)
Changes made to allow for the addition of 'Youth' division for Junior Sport Pistol. (As proposed at 2023 ISSF Nationals)
Suggestion is to change existing Junior grade names to Master(J), A(J), B(J) etc and add new grades for Youth div. ie. Master(Y), A(Y), B(Y) etc.
Note - be careful about the order of the grades, it will print the results as per the order on the grades screen.
Also, the report heading will still be '25m Pistol Junior' but with the Youth grades shown as well.

With the release of this update, all new competition Finals have been disabled in the program.
This is due to the rapid number of changes brought on from the ISSF and the adoption or in many cases, usage of old formats, for Finals by Australian State and National bodies.
Please contact your relevant State or National association for help or advice on formatting a spreadsheet suitable for the Finals you wish to conduct.
Note - Finals results may still be viewed or printed from previous competitions.
Fixed menu option when selecting 'Window, Scores' from top menu bar on the Main Screen.
Added section to Check Squadding report that highlights any 'double squadded' bays that may have occured by inadvertantly changing squadding.

Fixed error with 4 & 6 card 'Place Cards' printout. (Surname / Firstname were reversed and the Event missing on the printout.)
Temporarily disabled the 'Download' button on Check Update screen until server issues are resolved.

Important Update.
Yet another change to the email server.
Now sending through a dedicated gmail account that is not being blocked because of a 'firearm' related name.
(Apparently 'AusPistol' was being blocked because it has the word 'Pistol' in it !)

Added 'Yes/No Slider' controls in place of most 'Yes / No' checkboxes.
Fixed issue when 'Clearing Scores' that was not removing Grade or Offgun Placings.
Fixed size of the List Entries screen if the entire window was resized too small.
Increased column width and added ability to scroll left / right when List of Entries is showing the Matches entered.
Adjusted report format to correctly show the club logo when printing or emailing 'All results' from the Reports section.
Fixed format of Place Cards where a single placecard took up the full width of the page when it should have been half width.
Added a 'card selection' screen before printing placecards so the user can choose which cards to print. (Saves printing extra cards when just one or two may need to be reprinted.)
Changed the 'server' for how the Squadding and Results emails are sent. (Previous email server, SendGrid, has started being blocked by Microsoft email services (such as Hotmail, Outlook, Live) as being invalid.)
When running an 'Update', the update process will prompt to confirm the OpenWPlus folder to install the update into. (This is so the user can change the folder if more than one copy of OpenWPlus has been installed.)

Fixed an issue of occasionally missing competitors when changing matches. Seems like it was something to do with how 
far up or down the list you were when changing matches and the side scroll bar not reflecting its position correctly.
Now resets to highlight the first entry on the top of list when the match is changed.
Moved the 'bin' icon (for removing a competitor from a bay) on the squadding bays screen to the left side of the list where it is bit more obvious.
Added a 'A5' (Half A4) size single presentation card.

Added 'Refrest List' to the 'Select Previous Competition' screen to search the ClubPlus folders for competition files.
The List of Competitions starts as a blank list with the option to Browse or Refresh as the discretion of the user.
This has been changed as some computers 'froze' when the list was refreshed automatically when the window was first opened,
at least now, the user has a choice of manually finding the desired file without the screen possibly freezing.

There has been a major upgrade to the software I am using to create OpenWPlus. 
This has taken a lot of adjustments and tweaks to improve OpenWPlus to run with this upgrade.
Please let me know if there is anything that does not look right or does not work as expected in this update.

Added option to allow the user to force a new page (with or without page headings) by grade in Results printouts.

Fixed popup window of Entry names when adding names to squadding so as not to be hidden above the screen.

Added note re sending squadding or other emails if you are using a Yahoo email address; Yahoo may block the emails from being delivered.
Please check with one of the the email recipients to ensure it has been received. 
Otherwise, try using a different 'Send from' address for emailing.

Corrected code to prompt for .opw files if the database is not found on startup.
Tidied up display if changing the sorting order of columns when clicking on headings. May not have refreshed the dividing line between rows correctly.
Now shows the correct number of competitors on Scores screen - may have shown a count of 0 if there was just one competitor for that event.
When sending a bulk email from the Mailing List, if editing BCC email addresses, selecting Cancel returns to original list rather than deleting the BCC text.
Reformatted Presentation cards - they may have run oversize depending on length of the club name and competition headings.
Aggregate results now print 'top 10' competitors (by Aggregate Total) that compete in all or some of the events selected.

Hint for calculating a Junior Aggregates with both 60 shot air for Jnr Men & Jnr Women.
Create a new Aggregate (eg Jnr 2 Match) and select Junior Sport, Jnr Mens Air and Jnr Womens Air (60) as the events in the aggregate.
The program will total the scores across all 3 matches whick will effectively give the correct 2 match agg.
(ie, a Junior can't shoot both Jnr Mens and Jnr Womens Air hence the report will have blank spaces for the non applicable Air event but will total correctly.)

Fixed code when using the Search boxes - 8 Feb update caused the program to want to quit if using the Search boxes.
Report footers are now added when creating PDF files, rather than having them print too high in the initial HTML files.
Added the Club website address print in the footer of most reports. (Set in Options, Competition Settings.)
Forced the Summary of Places report to print each event on a separate page rather.
Teams results (if applicable) are now automatically printed at the end of the Match results.

Presentation cards can use 2 image files - 'preslogoleft.jpg' and 'preslogoright.jpg' in fixed ration of 1:1 (width:height). Recommended image size from 200 to 400 px.
Presentation images to be placed in main program folder (generally C:\OpenWPlus)
Changed display of main screen lists (ie: Entries, Scores etc) to not show dividing lines in order to speed up refresh rate of screens.
Added a send Email option for the Non Shooting Assistance to the 'Non Shooting Assistance' screen - click on the small envelope icon for those assistants with an email address.
Fixed a problem causing the sending of All Squadding emails to be stopped after the first email. (Bug from a January 2018 update)

Added option to sort 50m / Air score sheets by Bay, Name or Entry Number.
Added 2 per page Score Sheets for Rapid / Standard / Sport matches. Can be cut to suit B5 folders.

Added Womens Air Pistol (and Jnr Womens Air) as a seperate 60 shot event according to new 2018 ISSF rules.

Note, these grades are provisional as they are an approximate extension of the 40 shot grade scores.
The official grades are yet to be set by Pistol Australia.
Fixed the Scores screen so it refreshes correctly if the event has no entries.

Option for program to automatically check for new updates on startup.
Fixed issue if sending an individuals squadding email from Entry screen as it may not have attached the squadding as a pdf file.
Added the ability to export the Entry list to a CSV file by selecting 'Entries Export' from the top 'File' menu. (Includes Email, Licence Numbers and Phone Numbers)
Added a button that will copy all the Entries 'Email addresses' to the windows Clipboard. You can then use the windows 'Paste' command to put them into your own email program.
New option to select only specific competitions entries when viewing the 'Mailing List' and select email addresses accordingly.
In any 'Hit/Miss' Finals (Rapid / Womens Sport) can now have hit scores entered on the first screen of the Finals section, no longer need to use the individual finalists screen.
If the competition has Finals, the Finals results are printed automatically after the results of the main match, this saves having to go back into the Finals and printing them separately.

Modified emailing routines to reduce time taken to send emails. (Changed outgoing server to more efficient email host.)
Fixed problem of the program possibly missing bays when adding the squadding the first detail for a match.
Revised squadding section to allow for if a match is changed from two stages to a single stage or the name of the stage is changed.
eg, Service Pistol could be setup as two sections, 50yd and 25yd but later changed to just a single stage match.
ie, The full match is shot on one 50yd range instead of being split over two ranges (50yd and then a seperate detail for the 25yd and closer sections.)

Added option of using your own email address for sending squadding / scores from the program.
Added a Organisers Contact name and Phone number that is shown in emails and on squadding cards.
Fixed problem of swapping from 60 to 40 Shot Air when entering scores by 'grouped' events.
Added button that can 'clear' all scores from a match. (On main scores screen.)
Added option for seperate reports for all Black Powder International Matches.
Added 'Tie Break' field for each of the Black Powder International matches.
Added ability to change number of places printed out under Reports / Event, By Grade or Off Gun.
Fixed possible problem with 40 shot Air not deducting penalties correctly.

Corrected printing of 'All Results' that may have produced an error when creating the pdf if there were spaces in the folder name.
Fixed a possible issue with the Entry Date format if the windows setting was different to the Australian short date format of dd/mm/yyyy

Important Update.
Please update to Feb 16 version to fix problem when entering Match / Detail times. No information was shown when 'editing' a detail on the Edit Detail screen.
Changed format of Range Assistants / Worker screens.(Emailing of 'worker squadding' to be added shortly)
Option to show competitors squadding on the screen when adding squadding (This is under development but included in this version as I needed to fix the first problem described above asap.)

Resolved possible problem if entering grades and then tabbing past the grade without selecting the grade from the dropdown list. Possibly caused an error if two or more grades started with the same letter. (eg, Master and Marksman)

Corrected calculation of penalties for some matches. It may have doubled up for some events where the scores were entered as 5 shot totals.

Fixed problem with scores screen when sorting by squadding  when bays were alphabetical rather than numeric.
Fixed Entry screen that may have been doubling up with grades in Service and Service Unres. (The fix of 17 Nov stopped saving the extra matches but they may have still shown on the screen under certain circumstances.)

Fixed problem of possible duplication of Service Unres matches and grades if competitor was only shooting Service. (SP grade was being added to SPU as a double up match.)

Fixed formatting of report headings so '&' symbol displays correctly.
Added a 'Cancel' button to cancel downloads when checking for program updates.
Renamed button to lock matches when printing score reports to be clearer. Now reads as 'Lock as Finalised Results'.
When printing 'All Results', a link now shows on the Reports screen to the pdf file created when the program displays the results.

Fixed options for 'Graded or Offgun' on top of Scores screen (Somehow this got lost in the last few days...)
Target labels button now also creates the Merge file as before as well as on screen labels.
Temporarily disabled the built in Help as it may cause an API error message to display on starting the program. (Win 7)

Fixed problem with target labels possibly skipping last set of labels if odd numbered competitors.

Enlarged font on 'Fees by Item' Report to make it easier to read.
Added 'Graded or Offgun' option to top of Scores screen - this saves a second prompt asking which option to print.
Fixed possible appearence of a second screen opening if 'Finalise Scores' is selected when previewing a scores report.
Removed possible blank pages showing up in report with a 'Finals' heading when printing 'All Results' thru Reports Screen.
Target Labels are now printed direct from OpenWPlus rather than via a Mail Merge. Labels may be added and saved under Options, Label Sizes.
Added 'Copy All Email Addresses to Clipboard' button to Squadding, Squadding Cards section. Can be used to copy all email addresses into your own email program for sending bulk emails outside of the program.
Fixed possible issue if trying to copy information from the Entry or Competition Setup screens - the 'Control' key was not being detected and preventing 'Ctrl C' from copying the data to the clipboard.
(Note - I have seen one old XP PC have an issue when trying to backup the database from within OpenWPlus direct to a USB drive, it caused the program to crash but has not caused any data corruption. I am still investigating why this one PC is crashing and feel it is probably due to other 'home grown' software being installed.)

Added Screen for Air Finals that use a standalone Disag / Rika and have 2 or 3 shot totals only.
Automated column widths for when Main screen is showing in full size mode.

Added an Entry Fee by Item summary report.
Added Export / Import menu options for match scores.
Removed 'placings' in 'Off Gun' score reports for competitors who have not yet shot.
Removed '0' series and totals from results printout if competitor has not yet had their score entered into the program.
Setup the 'Automatic Detail Time calculator' to run if click Save or Calculate buttons when adding Squadding Details.

Important - fixed problem with calculated Squadding Detail Times in that if a starting time was meant to be less than 10 minutes past the hour it was not being calculated properly. ie 12.05 was displaying as 12.50  (Was shown up as a problem by a Club that had 35min Rapid Fire halves.)
Fixed a problem with 'DNS' not showing in OffGun results printouts.
Modified the Help screen to stop multiple windows of the Help screen opening if the previous Help window was not closed.

Added a Backup option under the File menu.
Added more content to the Manual. The manual is very basic at best. Some links and topics may not exist or have any content - please understand this is very much a work in progress.</li>
Revised Help Menu, to include online or 'local' help files.
Corrected a problem that may have prevented new Clubs being added to the database.
Fixed the 'Search Mailing List' screen so the search field is blank when first opening the Mailing List screen for when a new entry is first added.

Included Holster Card for Entries and Mailing List records.
Added 'Voice' button to score input screen to have program read back the score entered for checking. Uses Windows 'Text to Speech' (Win 7,8,10).

Changed sending of Emails - previous method thru GMail was possibly being flagged as spam and not always getting through.
Individual emails (for squadding or receipt of Entry) were ok but group emails for the Results may not have worked properly.

New- Added an option under the Help Menu to check for Updates on AusPistol. Option to download update to the desktop. It is now very easy to check for updates from within the program.Renamed some matches to align with ISSF / PA wording.
Fixed a problem where the Club Details were not being updated correctly. (Email address not being saved.)
'Did not Finish' or 'Did not Start' (DNF, DNS) now printing on Results sheets.
Added a 30 shot X count on some matches where half match scores may be entered, makes for for easier score checking.(ie CF/Sport, RF)
Fixed problem with Entry Fee items being whole numbers, now storing 'cents' as well.
Bolded names on Score sheets for easier recognition.
Fixed possible problem when printing Bank deposit slips - now can save Club Bank Deposit Details for specific competitions.
Added Reference Field for recording EFT payments. Altered Payment Summary report to reflect the changes.
Note - competitions created under a different licence file will still print using that licence file name - this is by design.(ie Demo Comp database will have Demonstration Club on reports even though licence file may have changed.)

Important - Resolved emailing issues if the program was shut down too soon.(Some squadding emails were not being sent if the program was closed too early.)
Important - Fixed a formatting problem with WA1500 results printout.
Important - Corrected the series totals in Service 25 results.(The match total was correct, but some series totals did not show correctly.)
Enabled the Teams section of the program. (Some 'overall' Team reports are yet to be completed.)
Added an 'Auto Team' function for automatically grouping entries into Teams based on their Club.
Resolved a possible issue with multiple ties extending beyound 4th place.
Added a Mailing List update routine when changing competition files.
Fixed the data entry when entering the 7yd scores for Service - stopped it skipping past a shot then coming back again.
New - you can now change events for a competitor when entering a score.
For 'similar' matches : Mens Air/Jnr Mens Air,  CF/Sport/Jnr Sport, Service/Unres, WA1500/WA1500Rev.
ie, change from Mens Air to Junior Air without having to delete the score and re-enter it again.
(A list of other possible matches shows in the top left of the 'Enter Score' screens.)
